Remote work can have negative implications, like the lack of face to face interactions as the lack of face to face team meetings might affect coordination among team members. Also,  some employees are not versed in remote work which can affect their work performance and productivity.

Employees who work from home often experience untold amounts of distractions that affect their focus and work efficiency such as children,traffic noise,barking dogs and many more; consequently, employees need to find a calm professional environment.
