Canada is one of the most important destinations for immigrants seeking better living conditions and amazing opportunities. Some may refer to moving to Canada as the Canadian dream. Unfortunately this dream.

Unfortunately, this dream will cease to exist, and this will deter a large number of immigrants and even local citizens who started to settle elsewhere as the cost of living continues to increase significantly, especially over the recent decades.

Nearly 40% of newcomers stated that they are planning on leaving the country due to the huge increase in housing prices.

The Canadian real estate association, also known as CREA, says the price of the average home in Canada reached more than 700.000 USD, and rent prices have increased by 17%, which makes it harder for newcomers to afford a place to live since a large portion of them rent their accommodations.
